Manage the languages available for translation.

Property	Description
Translation	For Language Menu Control
Default Language	Speech to the client is applied in the following order. User has chosen language Browser language Default EN-US
Garbage Can	Delete language. If a language is deleted, the entries are retained so that if they are accidentally deleted, the entries can be reactivated
